Some mixed feelings about it

The bag's internal fiber frame is a fantastic addition, as it provides excellent structural support and helps distribute the weight evenly. This feature is particularly useful when carrying heavy loads, as it prevents the bag from sagging or feeling uncomfortable on the back.

Additionally, the 75-liter capacity of the bag is more than sufficient for extended trips. It offers ample space to accommodate all my belongings, including clothes, toiletries, and even some extra items. The numerous compartments and pockets make organizing and accessing my belongings quite convenient.

However, there are a few downsides to this travel bag that I can't overlook. First and foremost, the bag is quite heavy, even when empty. This can be a significant drawback, especially for those who prefer to pack lightly or have concerns about weight restrictions when traveling by air. The weight of the bag itself can take up a significant portion of the allotted weight limit.

Another issue I encountered was with the delivery system. Unfortunately, the delivery of the bag was delayed, and it took a frustratingly long time for it to arrive. It took over 10 days for the bag to be delivered, which was far from satisfactory. A more efficient and prompt delivery system would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
