We stand by the quality of our products Trawoc products come with a 3-year warranty, and Carriz products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and parts. If your item is found to be defective, we’ll repair or replace it with the same or a similar product at our discretion.  
What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, transportation, moisture, extreme temperatures, or chemical exposure.

Before You Buy

Returns

We take great care in ensuring quality, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, don’t worry! You can return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging when returning it.

Want to swap your item for something else? You can exchange your product within 10 days of purchase.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, with original tags and accessories intact; exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference, while if it costs less, we will refund the difference. our goal is to make the exchange process as smooth as possible, and we appreciate your understanding!  
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within three working days and credited to your original payment method.
